At Attire Junction, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund terms below.
1. Eligibility for ReturnsYou may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product if:
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags, labels, and packaging are intact
- The item is not marked as non-returnable (e.g., innerwear, sale items, etc.)
To initiate a return, email us at care@attirejunction.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Return Process
Once approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup via our courier partner.
- Pack the product securely with all original tags and invoice.
- Reverse pickup is usually completed within 2–4 business days.
- In some pin codes, you may be asked to self-ship the return. In that case, we will reimburse standard courier charges upon receiving the product.
3. RefundsOnce your returned item is received and inspected:
We will notify you via email/SMS
- Approved returns will be refunded within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be processed via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference
Note: If the original payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be issued through bank transfer or UPI.
4. Exchanges
We currently offer size and product exchanges for eligible items:
- Exchange requests can be placed within 7 days
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the requested item is unavailable, a refund/store credit will be issued
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
- Innerwear, lingerie, or hygiene-sensitive products
- Customized or altered products
- Gift cards and digital vouchers
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Send photos of the product and packaging to care@attirejunction.com
- We will resolve the issue with a free replacement, exchange, or full refund
