1. Service Area
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: ₹49 on orders below ₹1500
- Free Shipping: On all orders of ₹1500 and above
Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before payment.
3. Delivery Timelines
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times are:
- Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
- Other Locations: 4–7 business days
Note: During high demand periods (like sales or festivals), delivery may take slightly longer.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.
You can also track your order anytime through the “My Orders” section in your account on our website.
5. Delivery Partners
We work with leading courier services such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure timely and safe delivery of your products.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the package remains undelivered, it will be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange redelivery or refund (excluding shipping charges, if applicable).
7. Incorrect Address or Contact Info
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate when placing the order. Attire Junction is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
8. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a package that appears to be tampered with or damaged:
- Do not accept the delivery
- Contact our support team immediately at support@attirejunction.com
We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
